Cathy Rendall founded Angel Arts to offer an engaging and fun programs for young people in both mainstream and special needs areas to enhance their lives through the arts.
The programs are Yoga base on focus, stress management and relaxation and in Dance/ Movement which is predominantly Dance and Movement based with elements of Drama and Music. The programs enables students to gain excellent skills to better engage and enhance their lives.
The embedded life skills include; Stress reduction, coping and relaxation as well as making choices, interacting with others, creativeness,personal awareness and independence. Some programs integrate learning skills including; English, Maths, colour and shape recognition.
